Services
PM Collective Group provides digital marketing services, website design services, website refreshes, local SEO foundations, Google Business Profile cleanup, lead capture setup, website management, and related consulting or implementation services described on this website, in proposals, invoices, checkout pages, or written scopes.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, approvals, access, images, legal claims, licensing details, service descriptions, and timely feedback. Customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their own offers, claims, regulated-industry requirements, privacy practices, customer communications, and business operations.
Payments
Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment processors. Customers agree to pay all fees shown in the applicable proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written scope. Failed, late, disputed, or reversed payments may pause work, support, publishing, management, or ongoing services until the account is current.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Monthly or annual service plans renew until cancelled according to the applicable billing terms. Annual plans may be discounted prepaid plans. Unless a written scope says otherwise, fees already earned, work already performed, third-party costs, setup work, and active billing periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party platforms
PM Collective Group may help configure or integrate third-party platforms such as payment processors, business profile services, website hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, domain providers, email providers, communication service providers, automation providers, and form tools. Those platforms are controlled by their own providers and terms. PM Collective Group is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, suspensions, ranking changes, data loss, or service failures.
Review and reputation services
Reputation services may include PM Reputation Hub setup, review request setup, customer-list imports, message templates, review-link routing, dashboard setup, reporting, review response drafting, and repurposing public reviews for marketing materials. Clients are responsible for approving messaging, providing accurate business information, and confirming that any customer contact data supplied to PM Collective Group may be used for the requested communications.
Third-party review platforms, including business profile services, review sites, and social media networks, control their own review display, moderation, ranking, filtering, account access, and policy enforcement. PM Collective Group cannot guarantee that reviews will be posted, visible, permanent, ranked, approved, or unaffected by third-party platform decisions.
SMS communications and consent
When you provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS communications, PM Collective Group or a business using PM Reputation Hub may send text messages related to services you requested or authorized. These may include review requests, appointment reminders, service updates, customer follow-up, account support, and related business communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may provide SMS consent by checking an SMS consent box on a website form, signing up for services where SMS disclosure language is presented, providing your phone number during onboarding with documented SMS consent, confirming consent by email or written communication, or verbally agreeing to receive text messages when speaking with us or with a business using our reputation services.
SMS consent must be specific to the business sending the message. General marketing consent, email consent, a submitted phone number without SMS consent, purchased lists, lead lists, or third-party opt-in lists are not valid SMS consent for PM Collective Group messaging.
You may revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at [email protected].
Customer data and authorized use
If a customer provides customer contact information for review requests, follow-up, or automation campaigns, the customer represents that it has permission and legal authority to provide that information and to send the requested communications. For SMS campaigns, the customer must confirm that each included recipient provided a mobile phone number to that business and consented to receive SMS communications from that business. Customers are responsible for honoring applicable privacy, consent, and communication laws for their own customers.
Customers may not upload, import, or request messaging to contacts who have not provided appropriate consent, who have opted out, or whose contact information was obtained from purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lead lists.
Messaging content and automation
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of offers, claims, review requests, customer lists, and messaging instructions they provide. PM Collective Group may refuse, pause, revise, or disable messaging or automation that appears unlawful, deceptive, non-compliant, abusive, high-risk, or likely to violate carrier, platform, or service-provider rules.
Data use and storage
We may store project information, business details, customer import files, message logs, consent records, opt-out records, support notes, platform configuration, and reporting data as needed to provide the services, maintain compliance records, troubleshoot issues, and support the client account. Clients should not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the agreed service.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, spam, or unauthorized communications. We may pause or terminate services that violate carrier rules, platform policies, applicable law, or these Terms.
No guaranteed results
PM Collective Group may work to improve presentation, trust, search readiness, lead capture, and customer follow-up, but does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, sales, revenue, reviews, approvals, platform acceptance, or specific business results.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify, pause, suspend, or terminate access to services when reasonably necessary for nonpayment, security risk, misuse, legal or carrier compliance, third-party platform restrictions, unavailable client access, or violation of these Terms. Ongoing services may also change when third-party platforms, APIs, prices, policies, or technical requirements change.
Intellectual property and client materials
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us. Clients grant PM Collective Group permission to use those materials as needed to provide the services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PM Collective Group retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, workflows, tools, know-how, and internal systems.
Marketing use
Unless a client asks us not to, PM Collective Group may reference publicly available business information, public reviews, project type, general performance outcomes, screenshots, or completed work examples in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials. We will not publish confidential client information or private customer lists for marketing purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM Collective Group's total liability for any claim related to the website, services, payments, or customer relationship shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
